This is a vintage 1950's Tilson teapot that you can actually put tea into. If you wind the bottom it will play music while in the air pouring the tea. Once you sit the pot down it stops playing. Gold gilded on the rim, handle and bottom of the pot. This teapot is gorgeous even if you only collect and don't intend to use it. Tea, crumpets and music anyone? LOL. Plays the tune "Tea for Two".
